The CVUSD Parent/Student Handbook,Board Policies, and Administrative Regulations serve as the official references for districtwide expectations. This page highlights Newman-specific procedures and reminders that help our campus run safely and smoothly.

Please check this page regularly and review ParentSquare posts from the administration team for updates throughout the school year.

    • Students and adults should use designated walking paths and crosswalks.
    • Crossing Walnut Avenue in front of the school is not permitted for student safety.
  • Regular attendance helps students build strong routines and stay connected to classroom learning.

    • Absences must be reported to the school office.
    • Parent verification of an absence must be completed within five school days of the student’s return.
