Newman Elementary

For the past eight years, CVUSD Tech Trainers in the Assessment and Instructional Technology Department have been welcoming teachers to their annual ChET Day, a four-hour engagement where participants can meet with vendors and learn best practices from colleagues and friends when using district-issued programs, software, and devices. Several Newman teachers joined the fun and explored innovative ways to enhance their teaching and learning environments with hands-on sessions and valuable insights. After attendees had had their fill of informative sessions led by colleagues and friends, they had the opportunity to participate in a drawing featuring amazing educational prizes. Our very own, Ms. Sole walked away with the grand prize: a 75” television! We are so grateful to see our wonderful educators, staff, and administrators expanding their knowledge to better support Newman students in the classroom!
